Decoratively shaped Pantop pendant light
The design for this beautiful pendant light dates back to 1980 and was created by renowned designer Verner Panton (1926-1998). The shape of the lampshade is modelled on a bell, and its wide flared shape ensures homogeneous, widely diffused light emission.
With its aesthetic, timeless design, this pendant light suits many interior styles and is suitable for basic lighting in living rooms and hallways as well as for cosy lighting above a table, for example.
Verner Panton's designs stand out from the style of his Scandinavian design colleagues. He was known for his special sense of form, colour, space and the function of light. This is also evident in the design of the Pantop pendant light.
