Slamp Idea recessed wall light

Idea recessed wall light – a luminous accent with a creative twist

A long period of contemplation, a train of thought that slowly takes shape, and finally the flash of inspiration, often illustrated as a glowing traditional light bulb – this image is frequently used to depict the creative process.

With this recessed wall light, designer Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba brings this motif to life. The lampshade, turned from a single piece of acrylic plastic, is designed to resemble a classic matt traditional light bulb with a brass-coloured socket. Inside, there is space for a replaceable G9 LED bulb, so that when switched on, a light really does come on. A square panel of plaster serves as a cover for the recessed mounting bracket; this can be painted to match the colour of the surrounding wall to ensure it blends harmoniously into the surroundings. As a result, the bulb appears to float in front of the wall.

The Idea recessed wall light impresses with its high-quality finish, unique design and a look that captivates the viewer – exactly as one would expect from the lights produced by the Italian premium manufacturer Slamp.
