Zettel'z Laughing Buddha lighting miracle
Zettel'z Laughing Buddha is decorated all over with sheets of Japanese paper - 80 in total - attached to delicate stainless steel rods. The sheets are A5 in size and are printed on both sides with photos of fragments of a laughing Buddha figure. Japanese paper is very thin and translucent, making it a perfect diffuser for the light from the centre of the hanging light. On the inside, there is a satin glass cylinder, which is heat-resistant and houses two E27 sockets.
The hanging light is a limited version of the classic Zettel'z from Ingo Maurer and shows its fascination for Chinese figures made of porcelain. Zettel'z Laughing Buddha impresses in the evening with a beautiful play of light and shade and during the day as a three-dimensional work of art.
