The overall look of the TACCIA table lamp is exceptionally modern and forward-looking, and it’s hard to believe that it was designed back in 1962 – half a century ago. The LED bulb, which is both bright and energy-efficient at 2,068 lumens – a modern evolution of the traditional light bulb – is housed in the base of the table lamp, thereby creating indirect lighting. It has long been no secret that indirect light can create a particularly atmospheric ambience, and so design from the early days of the ‘Space Age’ combines with a stunning lighting effect to form an impressive whole.
