LED wall lamp Ashiya with indirect light
The Ashiya wallwasher is a pleasant light source for accent and additional lighting in modern living rooms and corridors. It consists of a flat, slightly rounded aluminium rectangle whose LEDs mounted on the rear illuminate the wall in a diffuse, upwardly directed area.
Not only the name of the wallwasher bears unmistakable Far Eastern borrowings. The designer Jordi Aguilo Lopez was also inspired by Japanese origamis, which are based on the thin, slightly folded form of Ashiya.
