Rao is a primarily functional light source, which is characterised by a high degree of robustness, not least thanks to a high degree of impact resistance, and can be used very well in damp rooms such as garages or cellars. Its use is not limited to private premises, commercial use is also conceivable. The light of the flicker-free LEDs is very bright despite moderate power consumption, so that one can work well in the light of Rao and the luminaire is particularly efficient. The high IP65 protection rating indicates that the luminaire is well protected against moisture and dirt. The light colour can be adjusted before installation, as there is a DIP switch on the luminaire housing of the surface-mounted diffuser luminaire for determining the colour temperature in three stages.
