The outer ring is made of robust plastic. The light is thus absolutely rust-free. Nikas is equipped with IP code IP44 and is thus protected against splash water and contaminants. Hence the spotlight can also be used in bathrooms. A white diffuser, wich can be used to create a cosier look of the recessed light, is available as an accessory (1015297). An integrated 5-watt LED module can be found inside each spot. It emits warm white light with a light output of 400 lumens. A connection socket for 230 V is provided; the driver is pre-installed. The light can be connected directly.
