Verner Panton's Spiral SP01 – pendant light with sparkling effect

Countless spiral-shaped elements form the lampshade of the Spiral SP01 pendant light. Made from a special plastic (Cellidor) and coated with a glossy finish, the spirals are suspended from four metal rings that form the frame of the light using small metal eyelets. Like a curtain, the spirals surround the bulb and create sparkling accents of light that spread throughout the room, especially when a slight breeze moves the spirals and they begin to rotate around their own axis.

Verner Panton designed the Spiral series of lights in 1969, when he was at the height of his creative powers. Today, the light is considered a classic and has been in production again for several years. The Danish company VERPAN has taken on the work of the famous architect and designer and collaborates with Verner Panton's widow, Marianne Panton, to ensure that the ideas and designs are implemented in the spirit of her late husband.

The Panton lights bear his signature engraving and come with a certificate of authenticity.
