The spherical glass shade of the Press Sphere LED pendant light is simply eye-catching. This lampshade was created from a large glass sphere that was melted at 1,200 degrees Celsius and then pressed into an iron mould under pressure equivalent to several tonnes. The result is a lampshade with uniform grooves that project linear and striped patterns into the surrounding area as the light is emitted.
