Inspired by pebbles - Theia LED pendant light This designer pendant light was created by zenolicht®, a design brand founded in 2010 by Christian Schmidt, a young designer who founded the ZENO group with designers André Boetker and Klaus-Peter Jurk in 1993. The current designs by zenolicht® are based on contemporary design and the clear and simple shapes of the Bauhaus. Theia is reminiscent of pebbles lined up in a row and held by two pendulums. Made of aluminium and plastic, Theia spotlights the table below without glare. The LED technology used is long-lasting and energy-efficient. The brightness can be regulated in combination with an external leading-edge or trailing-edge phase dimmer. TECNOLUMEN is a lighting company that is fully committed to Bauhaus and established its production in 1979 with the Wagenfeld light. However, not only originals from the Bauhaus, but also products in contemporary design with the same basic idea of the Bauhaus Stil are produced in the Bremen manufactory with consecutive numbers and TECNOLUMEN stamps. The authenticity of the designer lights can be recognised by this.
