Slamp Kalatos ceiling light

Designer ceiling light Kalatos - wickerwork in a modern interpretation An independent concept from a designer, realised with materials developed in-house, combined with a generous lighting effect - the Kalatos ceiling light combines the typical characteristics of the high-quality lights from the Italian manufacturer Slamp. The creator of the ceiling light, Elisa Giovannoni, was inspired by traditional wickerwork. However, instead of the wood and plant fibres used for wickerwork, Kalatos uses Slamp's technopolymers. The outer woven Ring and the matt white Innes body, whose four internal E27 sockets can be fitted with filament LED bulbs, are made of different plastics. The light is emitted diffusely all round. The matt white diffuser appears particularly bright from below. Kalatos is particularly effective above seating areas and tables in living and dining rooms, but also in restaurants or lobbies.
