Philips Hue White Ambiance GU10 LED bulb in a double pack – controllable via Bluetooth and ZigBee

The set of two Philips Hue White Ambiance bulbs is a practical addition to an existing Hue kit, a smart update for conventional lights with a GU10 socket, or a standalone starting point for Bluetooth-controlled room lighting. The light supports many ambiences thanks to its wide spectrum from warm white to daylight.

Thanks to the built-in Bluetooth module, it can be controlled directly via smartphone/tablet using the Philips Hue Bluetooth app – without the need for any additional devices. In addition, communication via the ZigBee protocol enables direct control with the Hue dimmer switch (see accessories) and, thanks to integration with Hue and all other ZigBee-based smart home systems, opens up the whole world of smart lighting control. From convenient voice control (Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit) on site to operation via smartphone while on the move – for example, with the appropriate Hue app – all options are available.

- Smart lighting control option b: Direct control on site via Bluetooth using the free Hue Bluetooth app; this requires a smartphone or tablet running Android 7 or iOS 11 or higher and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 4.0 or higher. A router, Wi-Fi or data connection is not necessary. If using more than ten lamps, the use of a bridge is recommended. A lamp can store connections with up to 15 smartphones/tablets; the individual settings are assigned individually.
