Philips Hue White Ambiance GU10 LED bulb – controllable via Bluetooth and ZigBee

The White Ambiance bulb emits white light in all shades. From daylight, bright lighting in the study to warm white, dimmed cosy lighting in the living room, the bulb suits every ambience.

A particular highlight is its flexible, contemporary operation. The bulb can be controlled directly with the Philips Hue Bluetooth app on a smartphone or tablet – without any additional hardware. Another option is the Hue dimmer switch (see accessories). Full integration into any ZigBee-based smart home system is also possible via a bridge and router. Any conventional light with a GU10 socket can thus be turned into a smart device that can be controlled locally via voice command (Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit) or remotely, for example with the Hue smartphone app.

- Smart lighting control option b: Direct control on site via Bluetooth using the free Hue Bluetooth app; this requires a smartphone or tablet running Android 7 or iOS 11 or higher and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 4.0 or higher. A router, Wi-Fi or data connection is not necessary. If using more than ten lamps, the use of a bridge is recommended. A lamp can store connections with up to 15 smartphones/tablets; the individual settings are assigned individually.
