Philips Hue White Ambiance Ceiling Lamp, aluminium

Includes dimmer switch: Philips Hue Being LED ceiling lamp in a modern design

The Philips Hue Being LED ceiling lamp enchants the living space in a particularly pleasant way, as its various lighting settings allow it to create just the right atmosphere in the room at any time. It utilises the ‘ZigBee standard’, meaning it can be integrated into an existing smart home system. However, this requires a bridge (see accessories). Provided this requirement is met, the light can be easily connected via smartphone or tablet using the Philips Hue app (available free from the App Store) and can then be controlled as desired.

However, to allow the light to be controlled even without an existing smart home system, a dimmer switch is included with the light upon delivery, enabling it to be controlled without a bridge. The dimmer switch allows you to adjust the light colour or brightness level as desired and also to save these settings. The following lighting modes are pre-set: Relax, Read, Focus and Energy.

Bluetooth offers a third control option. Using the corresponding Philips Hue Bluetooth app, the Being LED ceiling lamp can be controlled via a smartphone or tablet, without the need for a bridge or a smart home system.
