Combination of lamp and pen holder: desk lamp Buddy
A good friend, so a "Buddy", is the so named desk lamp for all those who spend a lot of time at their desk and not only need light, but also a suitable container for their pens and other small utensils that you have on your desk. At the base of the lamp, which is completely made of steel, there is a pencil holder - in the same colour as the rest of the lamp. The shade, which can be adjusted thanks to the joint, has a similar shape to the pencil holder.
The style of the desk lamp Buddy, which was designed by the Danish designer Mads Sætter-Lassen, can be described as puristic, modern and Scandinavian. Sætter-Lassen won the Northern Lighting Student Design Award with Buddy in 2015. He describes Buddy as "the little helper that everyone needs".
