Round Dala LED ceiling light with harmonious colour contrast

The Dala LED ceiling light combines decorative and architectural aspects to create a harmonious overall object that can be integrated into almost any living environment. The opal plastic diffuser is surrounded by two metal housings in contrasting colours, which form the lampshade. They overlap like the petals of a flower and are designed in different sizes to reflect the natural movement of a flower crown, enveloping the warm white light of the LEDs.

This light was designed by Italian designer Francesca Smiraglia, who lives and works in Milan and southern Italy. She is always looking for ways to improve her knowledge and develop new methods of "design thinking". In doing so, she considers the relationship between people and the environment in relation to the formal aesthetics of products. The focus is on the interaction between people and products and their functionality.
