Stylish Rituals floor lamp by Ludovica and Roberto Palomba 13 minutes - that's how long it takes to shape the lampshade of the Rituals floor lamp into its unusual form, which is reminiscent of a beehive. In an elaborate process, the Glas is first mouth-blown and then decorated by hand with a pattern of irregularly arranged grooves. The resulting pattern gives the light a very delicate appearance, as if it were made of fine rice paper. The textured surface also helps to dampen the light, creating cosy moments of light. The elegant and timeless light complements a wide variety of room concepts and is an artistic highlight in any living space. Rituals is part of a series of lights from the Venetian manufacturer Foscarini and is another innovative design from the pen of the married couple Ludovica and Roberto Palomba. With their creations, they aim to create a direct dialogue between the product and the user. The designers founded their studio in Milan in 1994 and are not only active in product design, but also in architecture, interior design and as art directors.
