Red ceiling lamp Big Bang in multi-layered designThe ceiling lamp Big Bang becomes a special eye-catcher in the living area due to its unusual design. As the name Big Bang already makes clear, it seems as if the ceiling lamp has sprung from the Big Bang. The rectangular plates of methacrylate are arranged quite differently, almost chaotically, and strive with a certain sense of freedom from the center of the lamp to the outside. This special look makes the explosion effect and the associated dynamics stand out particularly well. The six translucent plates have been layered on top of each other with the help of metal brackets. The light is diffused through the plastic plates and gently emitted into the surroundings. Big Bang can be used flexibly and, for example, as a light source in the living room or bedroom as well as in the hallway.Designed the lamp series Big Bang by Vicente García Jiménez, who was born in 1978 in Valencia. His work is characterized by the play of light and shadow, and the Spanish designer is also known for bringing textures and colors to life. Together with the Italian lighting manufacturer Foscarini created, among others, the collections Big Bang, Fields, Le Soleil and Spokes.
