Fontana Arte Pangen – Retro pendant light, white

Pangen bulbous pendant light in a retro style

The Pangen pendant light combines the time-honoured form of the 1960s retro style with the functionality of a bulbous, wide-open lampshade. The shape of the lampshade alone defines its appearance, which is shown to its best advantage in satin-finished surfaces. The model was designed as early as 1961, a time when the Fontana Arte workshop was frequently among the frontrunners in international design competitions.

The use of polycarbonate and aluminium ensures broad light diffusion, allowing much of the light to illuminate large areas of the room. It is 20 cm high and 60 cm in diameter. With a suspension system height of 300 cm, it is ideally suited for use as a dining table light. It could also be used as a functional general-purpose light in meeting rooms. With the aid of an additional dimmer, the light could also be adjusted to suit the conditions in the room. Manufactured in accordance with the IP20 IP code.
