Hashira Cluster pendant light in the design of a rice paper lantern

Hashira Cluster is a pendant light whose design is reminiscent of traditional Japanese rice paper lanterns. Its lampshade consists of three cylindrical individual lampshades that have been assembled into a triple structure. The light owes its name Hashira to the cylindrical shape of the individual lampshade elements, as this is the Japanese word for column.

The design company Norm Architects is responsible for the design of all lights in the Hashira series. The design studio, which works primarily in the fields of residential architecture, commercial interior design and graphics, attaches great importance to the timelessness and durability of the products it designs, which is also reflected in the Hashira series of lights. The name Norm Architects was deliberately chosen by the company's founders. It is intended to emphasise the importance of norms and traditions in the fields of aesthetics and architecture.
