LED base luminaire Piroscafo with lateral light emission
The Piroscafo base luminaire belongs to the Architectural Outdoor series by Artemide. It is made of aluminium, comes with a mounting base for floor mounting and is very robust thanks to a 3-stage outdoor finish. The surface is worked sin nanotechnology, with antioxidant primer and a polyester paint. It is equipped with a glossy Furukawa reflector and tempered glass cover and silicone gaskets.
The design of the Piroscafo LED base lamp comes from Ernesto Gismondi, the founder of the Italian lighting label Artemide. Since the early 1960s, he dedicated himself to the planning and production of lighting equipment and founded the studio Artemide together with the designer Sergio Mazza. The Artemide Group is now an internationally recognized manufacturer in the field of design lighting.
