The hand-worked glass in the Venetian tradition makes each light unique. The Gople Mini table lamp is part of the Gople light series by BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), which includes ceiling, table, floor and pendant lights and is produced and distributed by the renowned lighting manufacturer Artemide. BIG is a group of designers and architects who work in offices in Copenhagen and New York in the fields of architecture, research and development and urbanism. Their designs are characterised by innovative technology, which they use in a cost-conscious and resource-saving manner. BIG became known for their first project in 2003, the transformation of Brygge Island, a run-down harbour area, into Copenhagen's harbour baths.
