The lower surface is made of sound-absorbing material, the properties of which are enhanced by the sinusoidal shapes. Optimal acoustic efficiency is achieved when positioned at around one metre above head height. The light emission is directed both downwards and upwards. The LED bulb is fitted with numerous small individual diodes and has rotosymmetrical reflectors, resulting in a homogeneous and pleasant lighting effect.
