Cabildo dimmable designer floor lamp with high-performance LEDs

Rounded shapes characterise the appearance of Cabildo, an LED floor lamp from Artemide. Designer Eric Solè, who created the Cabildo series of lights, believes it is important for a light to provide the user not only with light, but also with a sense of well-being. It should also appear lively. The curved shape gives Cabildo its lively quality, whilst the indirect light output creates a sense of well-being. This is achieved because the LEDs are situated on the inside of the ring-shaped structure and initially shine upwards, where the light is reflected by the rest of the light’s white body and the ceiling before being emitted into the room.
The brightness of the light can be adjusted using a touch dimmer.
French designer Eric Solè created a series of lights for the Italian company Artemide, headquartered near Milan. Artemide is renowned worldwide for designer lights that combine aesthetics and innovation.
