Design pendant lamp type 80 from Anglepoise
The chief designer of the British lighting manufacturer Anglepoise, Sir Kenneth Grange, designed the Type 80 model in 2019. The result is a modern interpretation of the proven classics that Anglepoise has in its range. The shade of the aluminium luminaire is inspired by the industrial style, but is combined with modern elements, such as a sophisticated all-round light outlet, which provides very soft ambient lighting.
The British industrial designer Sir Kenneth Grange has already designed products for renowned brand manufacturers such as Tiffany & Co., Nike, Kodak and Parker as well as Tesco and enjoys worldwide recognition, not least through the exterior design of the English InterCity 125 train he created and his work for the Royal Mail.
