Product Description
LED stainless steel outdoor wall light Lillie in a modern Northern style with integrated motion detector
Stainless steel is the best when it comes to the selection of material for outdoor lights, because modernity and timelessness appear to be combined here optically. The matte silver surface fits to many façades, architecture styles and environments. With its modern design, the LED outdoor wall light Lillie is featured without unnecessary details and brings light into the dark in an energy-saving manner, because the light diodes create a comparably high light current, while the energy consumption remains in a low range. The LEDs from Epistar appear in warm white, which is always a good selection in all living areas, because it comes across as warm and comfortable compared to colder light colours.
A motion sensor is integrated in the light and it increases the functionality of the light, which is quickly turned on in particular only then when light is really needed - namely when people are nearby and need help finding their way in the dark.

IS THE PIR ADJUSTABLE ON THE 9988018 LILLIE - WHAT IS THE RANGE
Does this light need twin and earth cable Also has it got a day/ night sensor
Hi Getting,
Thanks for your query. Yes, this light requires an earth cable (it has 3 cables in total). The sensor does indeed have a dusk sensor, so that it only detects movement at dusk and during the night.
Hi Marc,
Thank you for your query. The bulbs in this light are not replaceable. They are long-life, low-maintenance LEDs and have a life time of around 20,000 – 25,000 hours of use.

On opening the box I was a surprised to find that, although of good quality and attractive finish, the appearance of the material was not quite as I expected from the product photos. It has a much more glossy appearance and feel, almost as if lacquered or coated.
I am, one week in, pleased with this light. I like the contemporary styling. It consumes less power and gives off more light than the light it replaces.
However, I found a few design flaws which make installation trickier than it ought to be.
The holes provided in the back plate for the screws fixing the light to the wall are circular with no provision for adjustment. So, if the holes you drill in the wall are only slightly off, the light will be tilted from vertical. It's difficult to mark and drill the exact position on a brick wall. I ended up using a very small circular file to enlarge one of the holes so I could rotate the back plate slightly and get the light perfectly aligned to the vertical.
Adding to this difficulty, the two wall fixing points are not aligned horizontally. The horizontal position being occupied by the bolts which fix the light to the plastic back plate occupy those positions. Those bolts, that you can see in the product photo, do not fix the light to the wall.
Finally, the dome nuts you can see in the photo screw onto bolts that pass through the plastic backplate. The bolts have a hexagonal head and are prevent from rotating when screwing on the dome nuts by sitting in a hexagonal recess in the back of the backplate. I found that because my wall was brick, a little uneven and not a perfectly flat plain there was a small gap between the wall and the back of the backplate. This meant that when trying to screw on the nuts, they would push back, drop out of the recess and spin.
A much better design would have been to have the light clip[ on to the backplate on a lip round its edge, secured by small screw into the edge of the front cover. That way you could have the wall mount points aligned horizontally with no need for visible nuts protruding through the cover.

The product looks great once up, but they start to rust really quickly. Customer services response was to say this will happen if you live in an agricultural environment or near the sea, of which neither apply. Quite simply, don't buy this product and if their other products are made from the same materials don't buy these either!!

Hi Chris,
Thank you for your query. Yes, the sensor can be adjusted on the Lillie. You can choose how long it stays illuminated (between 5 seconds and 6 minutes) and the sensitivity of the sensor. The sensor has a 90° outward detection range between 2 and 6 metres from the sensor.
