Stylish Bauhaus pendant light made of aluminium or nickel silver The famous Bauhaus designer Marianne BRANDT developed this stylish pendant light in 1925 in collaboration with Hans Przyrembel. Bauhaus - the name is derived from the State Bauhaus of the WEIMAR Republic, a university for architecture and design in Weimar. The college was a meeting place for the most important designers of the time, who created some of the Bauhaus Meisterwerke in its context, whose influences can still be felt today. The Bauhaus is characterised by the simplicity of its design, which draws the viewer's attention to the material.
