Softly shimmering Lantern Globe table lamp made of opal glass with dimmer function A fluted opal glass shade in the shape of a globe and a discreet steel base in black form the design of the Lantern Globe table lamp, which is a design object from the renowned manufacturer New Works. When designing the light, the two artists Anderssen & Voll were inspired by a traditional Chinese rice paper lantern, which is fully reflected in the design of the Lantern Globe light. The round opal glass shade in particular creates a light and weightless lantern look with its ribbed surface. The light is also gently dimmed by the lampshade, just like a real rice paper lantern, and shone evenly into the room. Without any glare, the light accentuates its surroundings and creates a cosy atmosphere. A dimmer has been installed for individual brightness regulation (only suitable for use with dimmable bulbs).
