Sensational table lamp Minipipistrello

The table lamp Minipipistrello - in German "Fledermaus" - is an absolute object of art, because its four-part opal-white lamp shade made of methacrylate is indeed somewhat reminiscent of spread-out bat wings. Its telescope-like base made of high-quality stainless steel also makes the lamp an unmissable highlight in the living room. The light is diffused and glare-free through the opal lamp shade, creating a pleasant lighting atmosphere.

The Minipipistrello luminaire has already won several design awards and comes from the famous Martinelli Luce lighting company. The design Minipipistrello was created in 1965 by the world famous designer and architect Gae Aulenti, who is known for her numerous artistic works in the field of architecture and design. In 1987 the designer was knighted by French President Francois Mitterand as a Knight of the Legion of Honour for her leadership in the conversion of the Gare d'Orsay in Paris into a museum.
