Linear design LED pendant light Quadrat S The LED pendant light Quadrat S provides atmospheric general or area lighting over a large area. It consists of a square frame made of wood laminate that surrounds two diffusers. The lower diffuser is made of heat-shrinkable foil, while the upper diffuser is made of polycarbonate. Quadrat S is fitted with powerful LEDs that provide appealing light emission in the light colour warm white for large-area illumination of the surroundings. A pendant light that harmonises with numerous furnishing styles thanks to its timeless design, for which the designer Jorge Pensi is responsible. Born in Argentina, Jorge Pensi has lived in Barcelona since 1977. He initially worked with the industrial designer Alberto Liévore. He has been running his own Studio since 1984. Pensi designs furniture and lights and is internationally recognised. Jorge Pensi has received numerous awards for his minimalist and expressive designs. His flair for trends and the elegance of his product design have made the success of the Spanish lighting manufacturer B.Lux possible on an international level. Some of his early designs for B.Lux have long since become Icons of Spanish design. In 1997, he was honoured with the National Design Award. B.Lux, the Spanish light manufacturer from near Bilbao, is known for producing lights that meet the highest standards in terms of design and function.
