Oskar on the Shelf wall light - the floating bookshelf Oskar on the Shelf is a modern wall light with clean lines that also includes three practical tools. Firstly, the light is attached to a flexible gooseneck, which allows the light to be customised. The gooseneck is attached to a rectangular body, which houses the next highlight - a USB port. Thirdly, the body rests on a 50 cm wide metal shelf that offers space for all kinds of belongings. The Oskar on the Shelf light was developed by Munich-based designer Ingo Maurer and his team and can be used in a variety of ways. For example, it can be used as a shelf for books or as a floating bedside table next to the bed. The body of the light is a perfect bookend and the light provides a pleasant light for reading the newspaper or a good book.
