Gubi Semi pendant light, concave curved, shiny brass

The lampshade of the Semi pendant light captivates with its harmonious, concave curved shape and dazzling brass finish, which makes the entire lampshade shine. The brass tone lends the light it emits additional warmth. The Semi pendant light thus creates a pleasant atmosphere – especially when used as a light source above a table.

The design is by renowned Danish designers Claus Bonderup and Torsten Thorup, who have been working together since graduating from the Danish School of Architecture in 1969.

The successful designer duo has designed clocks and interiors for Georg Jensen stores; they designed the harbour facilities in Helsingør, from urban planning to the ferry terminal, as well as the Arcticum Museum in Finland.

The Semi pendant light is produced by the Danish company Gubi, which has been dedicated to manufacturing high-quality design products in the interior design and lighting sector since its foundation in 1967.
