Foscarini Twiggy - arc-shaped pendant light, rotatable through 330° The special Twiggy pendant light impresses with its unusual form. Attached to the ceiling with a round canopy, the lampshade is held by an arched arm. The lampshade itself is made of liquid lacquered metal on a fibreglass base, an unusual choice but one that perfectly complements the design of this pendant light. The Twiggy pendant light provides optimum illumination of the surface below and is therefore perfect for stylish table or object lighting, for example. A diffuser disc with a prismatic surface ensures uniform and glare-free lighting. Twiggy also produces pleasant, indirect light when directed towards the ceiling. This is ensured by a second diffuser disc on the top of the lampshade, which acts as a protective disc and reflector at the same time. The industrial designer Marc Sadler is responsible for the Twiggy light design. In addition to the Twiggy series, his collaboration with the Italian light manufacturer Foscarini has resulted in other cult models, such as the Kite, Tress and JAMAICA lights, which are also characterised by innovative optics and technology.
