Lumiere 30th designer table lamp – handblown glass shade with bubble pattern

In 1990, Milan-based designer Rodolfo Dordoni created the Lumiere table lamp for the then fledgling lighting manufacturer Foscarini, bringing the Italian designer lighting manufacturer to prominence. The Lumiere series of lights, which also includes floor and ceiling lights, has been continuously developed since then, while retaining classic features such as the three-legged metal base and the handblown Murano glass lampshade.

The glass shade of the Lumiere 30th table lamp is adorned with a decorative bubble pattern, which is effectively highlighted by the radiant light. Lumiere 30th is the ideal lighting accessory for side tables, shelves and chests of drawers and also makes an excellent light source on the bedside table.

Rodolfo Dordoni studied architecture at the Milan Polytechnic and is considered a creative genius. In addition to lighting for Foscarini, he has also designed products for Artemide and FLOS, among others. In 2005, he founded Studio Dordoni Architetti with Alessandro Acerbi and Luca Zaniboni, which is involved in architectural and interior design planning for residential, commercial and exhibition spaces worldwide.
