Fabric-covered ARIETTE ceiling light from FLOS

The ARIETTE ceiling light from FLOS is truly a classic, having been designed by Tobia Scarpa back in 1973, which speaks volumes for its timeless quality. Four traditional light bulbs are used under the fabric shade with its textured fibre optic effect, providing a rather diffuse, cosy light with a very warm tone. It is particularly sophisticated, as can already be seen through the fabric: the entire structure is not held together by screws – no, it is more reminiscent of those days spent in nature when you felt particularly free, when you only had to deal with the bare essentials, because the internal red fibreglass arches, covered with white fabric, resemble the poles of a tent and turn the light into an attractive sail of light.

The ceiling light can also be mounted on the wall and is ideal for public spaces where a special atmosphere is desired.
