In 1952, the Norwegian designer Birger Dahl developed the Birdy series of lights. With a design which is typical of the 1950s and 1960s, products such as Birdy are now on trend again or have remained current ever since then. This is why they count as modern classics.
The base and head of the floor lamp are grey; the arm is a glossy silver. Thanks to the two joints, Birdy’s light can be adjusted to the individual requirements of its user. The cable intermediate switch allows the light to be turned on and off conveniently.
