People who choose a path lamp generally use them to light up garden paths attractively or to provide good illumination for driveways. The spherical path lamp Vedran works well for both purposes, as its design is aesthetic, but also so discreet that it can be used in a number of environments.

The motion detector is a functional feature because the path lamp turns on as soon as an approaching person is registered within a range of one to eight metres and an angle of 120°. The lighting duration of Vedran is not rigidly fixed from the outset, but can be altered between ten seconds and eight minutes.
