Two-light ceiling lamp Poppy with flexibly adjustable arms and effective glass shades in the shape of poppiesThe ceiling lamp Poppy, made in Germany, is the result of cooperation between three designers: Ulrich Beckert, Georg Soanca-Pollak and Peter Thammer. Their shades, made of hand-blown glass, are modeled after poppy blossoms and score points not only for their beautiful design.The petals are made of bimetal and slowly open during operation until they are fully "blossomed" after about two minutes. When they cool down, they close again automatically.In addition, thanks to flexible arms, which are made of textile-covered aluminum, the shades can be aligned as desired. Whether for arranging the light cones or purely for optical reasons: Poppy can thus be very well individualized and decorates as a work of art in any case not only ceilings, but is equally well suited as a wall lamp.Each shade has a G4 socket and matching bulbs are supplied from the factory. This Florentine style ceiling lamp is rounded off by a semicircular canopy of polished stainless steel, with which it is attached and which harmonizes visually excellent with the petals.
