LE KLINT LK80 table lamp with folded lampshade, light oak

LK80 table lamp with wooden base and hand-folded lampshade LK80 is a table lamp consisting of an oak base with decorative metal details in brass and a hand-folded lampshade. It was designed by Aurélien Barbry, a Copenhagen-based designer who has worked on many interior architecture and design projects for renowned clients. Among other things, he designed the LK80 luminaire series for LE KLINT, with which he added a new, classic design to the LE KLINT luminaire collection. The pleated lampshade is made of hand-folded special foil and has a translucent surface that emits a soft, pleasant light and creates a cosy atmosphere. LE KLINT is a Danish company that is known worldwide for the craftsmanship of the pleated lampshades created by company founder P. V. Jensen-Klint. Founded in 1943, the company works with young designers who have been combining Traditions and craftsmanship with today's technologies for generations, thus consolidating LE KLINT's values in their works of art. LE KLINT's folding techniques are something very special. Only at LE KLINT in Odense, Denmark is the folding of lampshades preserved as a craft and only here are cross-pleated lampshades produced.
