This is due to the natural material bamboo, which is used here as a veneer. The shade presents itself with a floral look, the recesses between the individual elements give the light enough space to unfold a decorative additional lighting. At the same time, charming shadows stand out in the surroundings, which contributes to a cosy atmosphere. The designer David Trubridge, who lives and works in New Zealand, always attaches importance to sustainable production in his designs. The shade is made of resource-saving bamboo plywood and is delivered unassembled. The individual bamboo veneer elements still need to be assembled upon receipt.
