Joan Gaspar, who has been working very closely with MARSET for many years and has received several awards, and Javier M. Borrás prove with their design from 2005 that even familiar shapes can shine in new splendor thanks to the right combination of different materials. Thus, the appearance of Mercer convinces with a refreshing lightness.
The upright polyester diffuser inside the blown glass shade seems to float in weightlessness. On top of that, this provides a pleasant lighting effect all around. At the bottom of this glass ceiling light is another diffuser, which prevents a glare effect. Mercer offers two sockets for E27 bulbs, which can be purchased separately through the accessories.
