Carronade – designer floor lamp by Le Klint in a Scandinavian style
The Carronade floor lamp brings a Nordic flair into any room. The light, which is made of matt sand-coloured steel, soap-washed oak wood and brass, was designed by the Danish designer Markus Johansson. He was inspired by the old cannons used in the 17th and 18th century, which is how the light got its name. Like a cannon, the floor lamp’s lampshade can be pivoted in the oak wood bracket and fixed in the desired position by the two screws on the side.
Made in Denmark.
The Carronade floor lamp is made by the Danish lighting manufacturer Le Klint. For 75 years now, Le Klint lights have been manufactured from the designs of various well-known designers. Even the special handmade lampshades using a transverse pleating technique from the company’s early years are still being manufactured.
