The LED table lamp Valovoima looks at first glance like an ordinary desk lamp or table lamp. However, there is much more to it, because it can also be used as a therapy lamp. Light therapy of this type is used for seasonal moods such as typical winter depression in areas where there is a lack of daylight in winter. Without sufficient daylight, hormone production changes and symptoms such as fatigue, sleep disturbances and listlessness can occur.

If you regularly use a light like Valovoima, these symptoms can be alleviated. To do this, one does not have to look directly into the light, but it is also sufficient if light falls on the side of the face. The only important thing is that the light rays reach the receptors in the eye. At the same time, you can, for example, eat, read or work. The lamp head of the table lamp can be adjusted so that the light can be directed in the desired direction. Thanks to the integrated dimmer, Valovoima can also be used like an ordinary table lamp, because with less powerful light, it is simply an additional light source for accent and area lighting.
