Foscarini MyLight Chouchin 2 LED hanging light green

Chouchin 2 LED pendant light from the Foscarini MyLight edition that can be controlled via Bluetooth An elongated, elegant green lacquered lampshade forms the centrepiece of the elegant Chouchin 2 LED pendant light. This shape with the small white lower ring is reminiscent of traditional Japanese lanterns, known as Chōchin for short. These mostly colourful lanterns can still be found in large numbers on houses, in front of restaurants or bought as souvenirs in Japan today. Designer Ionna Vautrin used the lanterns as a source of inspiration when designing the Chouchin luminaire series for Foscarini. The result is three models that differ in shape and colour and are designed in such a way that they form a special harmony on their own but together in a mix of shapes. It is therefore not uncommon for the various Chouchin lights to be installed together and they are often used in bars, restaurants or cafés. Thanks to the integrated Casambi module, the Chouchin 2 LED pendant light from the MyLight product series can also be controlled using your own smartphone or tablet. Casambi uses innovative Bluetooth technology for this purpose, which operates independently without any connection to complicated smart home systems.
