"Less is more" - This motto was certainly also Achille Castiglioni in mind when he designed this original table lamp Lampadina. Reduced to the essentials, Lampadina nevertheless does not lack that certain something extra. The main focus is on the unusual Globe lamp, which catches the eye with its special look. A circular surface on one side of the bulb has been given a milky satin finish, while the remaining part is transparent. Thanks to this unique illuminant, Lampadina table lamp achieves a great two-part lighting effect. The satin surface provides a homogeneous light distribution to one side, on the other side the inside of the bulb and thus the light source is directly visible. The base of the lamp was kept in a minimalist, almost industrial style, so as not to distract from the centerpiece. When removed, the lower element of the foot is reminiscent of a film reel from the old days. This houses the 230 cm long cable, which is never in the way thanks to this practical storage option.

The bulb is included, but depending on taste, other unusual bulbs can be used, such as an LED lamp in filament look.
