Yumi - elegant designer LED arc lamp

Interesting LED arched luminaire Yumi with 18 Watt light sourceUnlike anything that has been seen before, the LED arched luminaire Yumi shows its full radiance especially in darker rooms. It is 230 cm high and has a projection of 210 cm. Thus, it has the dimensions to be effective even in larger rooms with deep writing or meeting tables. It stands stably on a base with a diameter of 50cm, which makes it suitable for integration almost anywhere. Made of metal throughout, the designer Shigeru Ban combines the capabilities of carbon fibres here. Thus, the extremely thin, but at the same time flexible structure of the arc lamp is realisable. At its end, LEDs with a total of 18 watts of power are integrated, which allow for an extensive diffusion of the light. The colour alone makes a combination with various furnishing styles conceivable. It is part of the collection of the Italian manufacturer Fontana Arte.
