Enjoy hassle-free returns! If you change your mind, simply return your items free of charge within 50 days of receiving your order.

If you would like to return items back to us, please check if the parcel meets the following requirements. If these requirements are met, a parcel drop-off point can be used. 

Weight: 20kg max.
Size: C5 min. (21cm x 14.8cm)
Length: 100cm max.
Package size: (height + width) x 2 + length = 250cm max.

How to use our returns portal

It's simple:

  1. Log in with your invoice number and email address. The data required for registration can be found on your invoice.
  2. Select the item you wish to return as well as the reason for the return. Also, please choose if you wish to receive a replacement or a refund.
  3. Please select the number of return labels needed. Click the button "register return" to complete the return process.
