The Alien easy outdoor floor lamp from next provides stylish, but slightly extravagant decorative lighting for sheltered outdoor areas. "Alien" is an appropriate name for this light’s extraordinary design. The body seems to twist up from the ground like a strange creature. This completely closed body is made of white, translucent plastic. Thanks to the nature of the material and the closed shape, it guarantees a glare-free and gently scattered light.
The Munich-based designer Constantin Wortmann, who is responsible for the designs of the Alien series of lights, has worked for next, a lighting manufacturer from Cologne, for many years. Before designing lights for the company in Cologne, he worked for Ingo Maurer, one of Germany's most famous lighting designers.
