Can these lights be used in a kitchen with a bedroom above it? Are they fire rarest?

This light unit should not be used near water or moisture, because of this it should not be used in the bathroom.

I love this light as it has the flexibility of directing each lamp in a different direction and it sits snug to the ceiling. I have a concrete ceiling and found it difficult to find something stylish that was not recessed. This product ticks all the boxes and the quality of light is really good.
