Design pendant lamp Formakami JH3 made of rice paper
Traditional Asian rice paper lamps were the inspiration for the designs of Spanish designer Jaime Hayon, who has created the Formakami series of lamps. Hayon has combined the delicate, handmade rice paper, which is used for the pretty shades of the paper lamps, with small elements made of black-dyed oak wood and created a voluminous pendant lamp.
Jaime Hayon has studios in Spain, Italy and Japan and considers himself an artist, designer and interior designer. He has a penchant for craftsmanship and details created with love and talent.
&Tradition is a Danish manufacturer of furniture and lighting. He primarily produces design classics, but also current, timeless products that have the potential to become classics one day.
